Rupert Searle is the founder and chief executive of Cosmos, an AI-native platform that handles the formation, structuring, tax and ongoing compliance of cross-border businesses.

Before Cosmos, he built and led Globaleye, an international wealth management business with around $1 billion in client assets and offices in nine countries, through to its acquisition by a London-listed asset manager. Running the renewals, filings, tax submissions and governance across that footprint, and paying several providers to do it poorly, is what convinced him the work could be rebuilt as software.

At Cosmos he works with founders, family offices and growth businesses operating in several jurisdictions at once, with particular depth across the UAE, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Hong Kong and the principal offshore centres.
