About Cosmos

Cosmos builds the operating system for companies that work across borders. One platform handles corporate structuring, accounting, compliance, legal documents and tax filings for businesses that operate in multiple jurisdictions. We exist because running a company across the UAE, UK, Singapore, Cayman or anywhere else should not require a different adviser in every country and a dozen disconnected spreadsheets.

Our clients are founders, family offices and growth-stage businesses who want their corporate infrastructure to just work. They come to us because we replace three consultants, two accountants and a law firm with a single platform and a small team of specialists who handle the exceptions.

We are small, profitable and growing fast. The product is live, the pipeline is full, and we need someone who can close it.

The Role

You will own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed engagement. Most leads come warm (inbound enquiries, referrals, content-driven interest), but you will also prospect into target accounts and run your own outreach.

Day to day:

  • Qualify inbound leads within hours, not days
  • Run discovery calls and demos of the platform
  • Build and manage your own pipeline in our CRM
  • Draft proposals, negotiate terms, close
  • Prospect into target segments (funded startups, e-commerce operators, family offices relocating to the UAE)
  • Feed product insight back to the team so the platform gets better

This is not a nurture-and-wait role. Our sales cycle is short (days to weeks, not quarters), deal sizes range from $5k to $50k+ annually, and you will be expected to close from month one.

What we are looking for

  • 1-3 years in a closing role. SaaS, fintech or professional services background preferred but not required.
  • You are competitive, impatient with slow processes, and motivated by money.
  • You can explain a complex product in plain English to a founder who has ten minutes between meetings.
  • You write clearly. No waffle, no filler.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity. We are a small team and things move fast.
  • Dubai-based or willing to relocate immediately.
