You own the commercial conversation. From a founder’s first question to a signed engagement, you help people understand what Cosmos does and why it’s the easiest way to set up and run a company. The platform handles quoting and proposals, so your job is the part software can’t do: listening, judging fit and earning trust.

What you’ll do

• Own the full sales cycle, from first conversation to signed engagement, across inbound interest and focused outbound.
• Run platform demonstrations that show founders how Cosmos handles formation, structuring and ongoing compliance.
• Turn a prospect’s situation into the right structure and service plan, with support from the team.
• Build and keep an honest pipeline in Attio, and forecast with a straight face.
• Send proposals, answer the hard questions and move deals to signature.
• Bring what prospects tell you back to product and marketing.

What you’ll bring

• Two or more years closing business-to-business deals, in services or software.
• A clear, credible manner with founders, finance leads and advisers.
• Curiosity about company structuring, tax and compliance, and the appetite to learn the detail.
• Discipline with a CRM and a pipeline.
• Comfort working where the playbook is still being written.

• UAE or free zone formation experience.
• A network among founders, investors or advisers in the region.
• Experience selling alongside a product-led motion.
