You own how Cosmos gets found, chosen and recommended. This is the full go-to-market role: content, search, AI answer engines, social and partnerships, all pulling in one direction. You turn attention into pipeline and hand it to sales ready to close.

What you’ll do

• Own how Cosmos is discovered across search, AI answer engines, social and partners.
• Run the content engine, from briefs and articles to comparison pages and LinkedIn, all in Cosmos’s voice.
• Grow organic and AI-search visibility as our main acquisition channel.
• Build and run the partner and referral programme across banks, payroll providers, investors and the wider ecosystem.
• Own nurture so leads become conversations and conversations become clients.
• Measure everything, double down on what works and cut what doesn’t.
• Work closely with sales so demand turns into revenue.

What you’ll bring

• Four or more years in growth, demand generation or business-to-business marketing, with real ownership of pipeline.
• A builder who can do the work now and direct others as the team grows.
• Strength in content and search, and curiosity about how AI search is changing discovery.
• Comfort with data and attribution.
• A good ear for writing, and taste.

• Experience marketing a technical or regulated product.
• A partner or referral programme you built yourself.
• Knowledge of the UAE or wider regional market.
