What you’ll do

• Keep client work moving across the pipeline, from instruction to completion.
• Coordinate submissions to free zones, authorities and partners, and chase what’s outstanding.
• Own the operational side of onboarding new clients onto the platform.
• Keep ClickUp accurate so anyone can see status at a glance.
• Keep documents, registers and records in good order.
• Spot the manual step that should be automated, and flag it.

What you’ll bring

• One to three years in operations, administration or coordination.
• Strong organisation, and the habit of finishing things.
• The ability to juggle many small tasks without losing the thread.
• Clear written communication.
• Ease with software and a quick hand with new tools.

Bonus points

• UAE free zone or corporate services experience.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Attio or similar.
• An instinct for improving process.
