You own the client relationship after the sale. People come to Cosmos to take the pain out of running a company, and you’re the person who makes sure they feel that every month. You keep clients close, supported and growing with us.

What you’ll do

• Own a portfolio of clients from onboarding to renewal, as their main point of contact.
• Make sure every client gets the full value of the platform and their service plan.
• Guide clients through their compliance calendar so deadlines are met without stress.
• Notice when a client needs more, whether a new entity, a new jurisdiction or an added service, and join the dots.
• Handle escalations and turn problems into trust.
• Keep client records and account health accurate in Attio.

What you’ll bring

• Two or more years in account management, client services or customer success.
• A genuine ease with people, and the knack of building trust and keeping it.
• Enough organisation to hold many relationships at once and drop none.
• Commercial awareness, and comfort with renewal and expansion conversations.
• Interest in how businesses are structured and run.

Bonus points

• Experience with founders, small businesses or professional services clients.
• A UAE corporate services or compliance background.
• A second language.
