Aument Capital is a regulated multi-family office serving global entrepreneurs, predominantly European technology founders. Aument's existing operation runs out of Singapore. By 2025 the firm wanted a UAE arm to serve clients closer to home and a single operations layer running across both entities.
Cosmos incorporated Aument's UAE operating company in Abu Dhabi. We set it up as a sister entity to the existing Singapore company (not a branch), so each can hold its own regulatory permissions and serve clients independently. Cosmos handled the company formation, statutory registrations and ongoing administration. The regulatory licence application sat with Aument's external counsel; our role was the corporate vehicle itself.
Multiple bank accounts were opened across Aument's group during onboarding. Cosmos prepared the files, briefed the relationship managers and coordinated KYC across both entities. Every account approved on first submission.
Cosmos took over Aument's bookkeeping, tax registration and ongoing tax filings. Monthly close runs on the Cosmos platform across both entities. The first corporate tax registration was completed within the statutory window and the first return cycle was prepared on time.
Aument introduces Cosmos to its clients when they need the legal infrastructure to deploy capital. Over the engagement to date, Cosmos has set up SPVs for single-asset deals, holding companies for diversified portfolios, and foundations for wealth planning and asset protection. Each structure is set up in the jurisdiction that fits the client's commercial and tax position. Aument's clients see one platform, one engagement and one operations layer behind every vehicle.
Aument's UAE operation went live within weeks of the formation decision. The client-structuring relationship has compounded since, with new SPVs, holdcos and foundations going through Cosmos with each new deal Aument's families pursue.
