Tarn builds AI infrastructure for enterprise engineering teams. After closing a Series A in 2025, the founder decided to move the company's base from London to Dubai and take the core team with her. She wanted the move done inside one quarter, the company trading in the UAE from day one, and no break in anyone's pay or residency.
Cosmos incorporated the UAE company through the platform. The founder picked the business activity and the free zone from the options the platform set out, approved the structure, and the licence, establishment card and corporate bank account introduction followed. The company was trading nine weeks after the founder decided to move.
The founder applied for the UAE Golden Visa through Cosmos. The platform confirmed her eligibility, assembled the application and tracked it through each government step, and Cosmos arranged the medical and the Emirates ID. The visa was approved five weeks after submission.
Six engineers moved to Dubai with the company. Cosmos arranged their residence visas alongside the founder's and put the UAE team on payroll through the platform. Each month, salaries and end-of-service accrual are calculated and paid automatically. The engineers who stayed in the UK moved onto Cosmos payroll there. No one missed a pay cycle during the move.
The UAE company now runs on the platform. Cosmos tracks and handles the licence renewals, corporate filings and immigration deadlines, and the founder sees the status of each on her dashboard. The administration a relocation usually creates does not reach her desk.
Tarn has operated from Dubai since early 2026. The founder is resident, the team is in place, and the product roadmap ran through the move without a pause.

"We moved to Dubai in one quarter. Cosmos handled the entity, the visas and the payroll, and we never stopped shipping."
